SERVES 6
2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups tomato sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 onions, finely chopped
2 × 600 g Henwil braai packs
Salt and pepper
For the marinade, mix the oil, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and onions in a dish. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Ensure that all the chicken pieces are well covered with the marinade. Leave to marinate overnight.
Braai the chicken pieces on an open fire.
